I can’t recommend this local company enough! From the first call to the office staff to William, the owner coming out to check on the problem with my furnace issues, I was treated kindly, fairly and with respect. Instead of trying to convince me I needed a whole new furnace, he took the time to explain another less expensive option that would fit my needs. I couldn’t be happier! Northern comfort to the rescue! Our furnace stopped working. William and his team came out right away, inspected it, found some cracks and it was time to replace the 30 year old furnace. They got us on the schedule immediately, order all the parts and was super communicative and affordable. Nothing but the best!

William was so incredibly helpful in fixing my furnace and I learned a couple of things while I was at it! :)

William from Northern Confort, arrived right on time and quickly diagnosed the issue with my heat pump, which had stopped running. He was very professional and efficient, identifying the failed part within minutes. After explaining the problem clearly, he replaced the defective component and got the system running smoothly again. The entire service took about 30 minutes from start to finish, and I was impressed by how fast and competent the repair was.

My furnace went out no heat. It’s now the end of October so I’m looking at 40° and no one could help me until I got a hold of Northern Comfort Heating & Air conditioning. They came out the same day and had my furnace running in no time. One of the other companies I called said they couldn’t get out for two weeks and the other was four days. They were pleasant, kind, and helpful, and I’ll be using Northern Comfort from now on Chris N

This place has the utmost professionalism. Our furnace stopped working and the owner William came out. He was so polite and explained everything thoroughly. It was obvious he had a lot of knowledge when comes to HVAC systems. When I asked him if we should get the part to fix the furnace or get a new system, he said just fix it . I cannot tell you how much I appreciate his honesty. Most companies would try to get you to buy a new system. We will use them for all our heating cooling needs from now on. I will also highly recommend them to others.
